Western Australia:

·        eRideables are permitted for public use under specific regulations.

·        Riders must be at least 16 years old.

·        Helmets are required.

·        Speed limits: 10km/h on footpaths and pedestrian crossings; 25km/h on bicycle paths, shared paths and local roads.

Queensland:

·        E-scooters are permitted under certain conditions.
